Shipping policy

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Because our candles and botanical wax sachets are handcrafted in small batches, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

• Standard shipping typically takes 7 – 10 business days via Canada Post or local courier services.

• Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.

International Shipping (United States)

• Standard shipping to the lower 48 states and Alaska/Hawaii typically takes 10 – 15 business days, excluding delays associated with customs.

• Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by US Customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Restricted Shipping Destinations

• European Union (EU): We currently do not ship to the European Union or the UK. Any orders placed with an EU shipping address will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.

Warm Weather & Heat Sensitivity Caution

• Botanical wax sachets and candles can melt or soften when exposed to high temperatures during transit.

• During warmer months, please ensure someone is available to receive your package promptly so it is not left outdoors in direct sunlight or in a hot mailbox.
