Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Mendeleev Atelier. Because our botanical wax sachets are handcrafted in small batches using real dried botanicals and natural fragrance, we ask that you review our policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at mendeleevatelier@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-returnable items For hygiene and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns on sachets that have been opened or used, as fragrance products cannot be resold once opened.

Damaged or defective items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return your eligible item and place a new order.
